Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the reliability roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for ongoing evaluation.
  • Embed reliability practices throughout the product life cycle.
  • Lead root cause analysis for reliability issues and partner with teams to eliminate failure modes.
  • Establish and maintain reliability standards and improvement processes.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Attract and develop top talent while managing investments in test equipment and infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability roles, preferably in semiconductors or systems.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
