Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the reliability roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for ongoing evaluation.
- Embed reliability practices throughout the product life cycle.
- Lead root cause analysis for reliability issues and partner with teams to eliminate failure modes.
- Establish and maintain reliability standards and improvement processes.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Attract and develop top talent while managing investments in test equipment and infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability roles, preferably in semiconductors or systems.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
