Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the reliability roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
  • Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Embed reliability practices throughout the product life cycle.
  • Lead root cause analysis for incidents and recurring reliability issues.
  • Establish and maintain reliability standards and ongoing improvement processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability-focused roles.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to professionalism.
