Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the company’s reliability roadmap in partnership with key collaborators.
  • Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for incidents and recurring reliability issues.
  • Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to eliminate failure modes.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to advise strategy and operational improvements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the reliability team.
  • Actively lead investments in test equipment and infrastructure to meet milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability-focused roles, preferably in semiconductor or systems industries.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience operating in a global environment and leading cross-cultural teams.
