Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end capacity management strategy and execution for EDA Farm.
- Identify and drive implementation of improvements to EDA Farm infrastructure tooling and workflows.
- Drive capacity and procurement initiatives using agile program methodology.
- Build and maintain a data-driven capacity model to optimize utilization and performance.
- Create clear communication channels for real-time insight into farm capacity health and procurement timelines.
- Act as a primary technical partner between engineering, procurement, finance, and hardware vendors.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Capacity Engineering, Management, or Technical Program Management.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure and various CPU/GPU architectures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing system and process design changes.
- Deep experience leading Capacity Operations & Management work streams.
- Prior experience procuring Data Center Hardware and Public Cloud Services.
