Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of physical design and implementation of SOC devices.
- Participate in establishing physical design methodologies and flow automation.
- Work on chip floorplan, power/clock distribution, chip assembly, and P&R.
- Handle timing closure, power and noise analysis, and physical verification.
- Assist in design flow development and debugging, including ML/AI solutions.
- Utilize CAD tools from Synopsys and Cadence for physical design tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Job Requirements
- BSEE / MSEE or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in VLSI physical design implementation.
- Strong power user of P&R, Timing Analysis, and Physical Verification tools.
- Experience in timing closure, clock/power distribution, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, Tcl, and Make scripting is helpful.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work as a great teammate.
