Responsibilities
- Design and implement firmware for the memory subsystem.
- Tune the DRAM interface and manage memory subsystem configuration.
- Plan and execute firmware features with a focus on optimization and quality.
- Analyze DRAM datasheets and architecture specifications for implementation guidance.
- Solve complex hardware/software interaction issues.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong coding skills in C/C++.
- Understanding of data structures.
- Exposure to low-level firmware programming for ARM or RISCV processors.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
- Experience with DRAM technologies like DDR, LPDDR, HBM is advantageous.
