Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hardware prototype builds aligned with program milestones.
- Drive strategic and tactical build schedules with ODM/OEM partners.
- Manage component readiness, production capacity, and equipment budgeting.
- Identify and mitigate build and launch risks.
- Serve as the central communication point for engineering build status.
- Define tasks, assign responsibilities, and track execution progress.
- Optimize build planning across cost, logistics, and testing with external partners.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations program management.
- BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience; MS preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardware development and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with global OEM/ODM partners and managing international production ramps.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical and operational updates.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
