Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering and data teams across Europe and the U.S.
- Architect and implement NVIDIA’s data curation strategy for AI training and performance.
- Develop algorithms for mining and classifying driving scenarios from large datasets.

Job Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in leading distributed engineering or data teams.
- Expertise in algorithm development for data mining and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with AI systems related to perception and data workflows.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem.
