Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Eval Platform.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-team organization.
- Build and scale simulation and evaluation capabilities.
- Own the autonomy evaluation and validation platform.
- Partner with Autonomy and Systems leadership for reliability and scalability.
- Communicate tradeoffs, progress, risks, and readiness at the executive level.

Job Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in simulation systems and evaluation platforms for ML/robotics.
- Strong understanding of autonomy and validation tools.
