Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer at NOV is responsible for developing advanced measurement devices, data acquisition, and control systems to enhance operational efficiency in the energy industry. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Design, simulate, and test analog and digital circuits.
• Create PCB layouts using Altium and validate designs through laboratory testing.
• Write, test, and debug firmware for embedded control and data acquisition systems.
• Participate in design validation and testing at field test locations.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan tasks and document technical work.
• Provide ongoing support for industrial sensors and control systems.
• Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer.
• Hands-on experience using measurement equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes).
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Preferred experience with firmware development and real-time programming (C/C++).
