Responsibilities
- Ownership of the technical baseline and oversight of technical activities across multiple contracts.
- Support to the AARGM Chief Engineer for technical baseline and activities.
- Maintain cognizance over technical activities for requirements development, design, integration, and verification.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring in systems engineering principles.
- Chair technical meetings such as requirements and design reviews.
- Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interface with functional departments and suppliers, ensuring project requirements are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 14 years of experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills and sound judgment.
- Experience leading design, production, and integration of complex systems.
- Background in aerospace systems, including missile and avionics systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience in Air-to-Air weapon systems development and hardware/software integration.
