Responsibilities
- Own the technical baseline and oversee activities across multiple contracts.
- Support the Chief Engineer with technical baseline and activities across contracts.
- Maintain oversight of requirements development, hardware/software design, integration, and validation activities.
- Solve technical problems and provide executable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring in systems engineering principles.
- Chair technical meetings and facilitate the review and approval of engineering documents.
- Support program reviews and assist in resolving engineering challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 14 years of experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills and decision-making ability.
- Skilled in system engineering processes and leading complex systems design.
- Background in aerospace systems and knowledge of missile systems and avionics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Preferred experience in Air-to-Air weapon systems and hardware/software integration.
