Responsibilities
- Provide lab design, integration, and systems engineering support.
- Design and develop system architectures and define key capabilities.
- Ensure design and technology maturity constraints are met.
- Develop thorough definitions of system requirements and verifications.
- Research, develop, design, and test electrical components and systems.
- Communicate technical approaches and findings effectively.
- Guide the successful completion of major programs and represent the organization on significant technical matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM with 9 years of experience, or a Master's with 7 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
- Experience with electrical equipment and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience with AutoCAD Electrical Design and NX capital.
- Knowledge of aircraft-type cable assemblies and MIL type wiring components.
- Experience in developing and managing test requirements.
- Experience in subsystem, payload, or system integration.
