Responsibilities
- Lead and direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) for program objectives.
- Measure and report program performance across various programs.
- Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve technical challenges.
- Deliver presentations to customers and program stakeholders.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage program requirements.
- Establish and manage program baselines and budgets.
- Conduct risk and opportunity management practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years in program management.
- Experience in the aerospace/defense industry or Department of Defense.
- 5+ years leading program management tasks within cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Preferred: Degree in science, engineering, or business; PMP® certification; experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies.
- Active Security Clearance is a plus.
