Responsibilities
- Lead site-wide 5S implementation and conduct regular audits.
- Design and manage the I-Card suggestion program for process improvements.
- Facilitate the implementation of high-value suggestions and document results.
- Ensure safety and compliance integration into all activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor supervisors and lean champions in continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Six Sigma certification.
