Responsibilities
- Design and develop system architectures and define performance requirements.
- Research, develop, design, and test electrical components and systems.
- Ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance with customers.
- Develop thorough definitions of system requirements and verification processes.
- Act as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
- Guide the successful completion of major programs and potentially lead projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Relevant work experience in electrical wiring design and troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Experience with electrical equipment and systems for various applications.
- Preferred experience with AutoCAD Electrical Design and NX capital.
- Familiarity with aircraft-type cable assemblies and military specifications.
- Experience in developing and managing test requirements and system integration.
