Responsibilities
- Responsible for the integration of mechanical structures and subcomponents.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
- Inspect performance of machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
- Provide guidance on Design For Manufacturing (DFM) concepts.
- Ensure processes comply with regulations.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and present findings confidently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with CAD, NX, and Teamcenter.
- Preferred degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Active DoD Security Clearance of Secret or above is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
