Responsibilities
- Lead execution of contract scope, managing cost, schedule, and risk.
- Coordinate with multiple functions for international teaming agreements and support plans.
- Convert customer requests into executable requirements and action plans.
- Establish and execute milestones tied to master plans and schedules.
- Direct work of employees assigned to the program across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
- Manage suppliers and major subcontractors on sustainment programs.
- Engage with international customers and lead cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years.
- Experience in project management, program management, or engineering.
- Prior management experience with programs valued at $25M or more.
- Background in Fleet modernization, training, and field support services.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with senior management.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a technical discipline.
