Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain documentation of lab configurations, including schematics and system specifications.
- Participate in planning and executing major testing events with cross-functional teams.
- Provide updates on lab status, equipment readiness, and ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot component and system-level issues.
- Perform Test Conductor Duties supporting multiple subsystems.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to validate and maintain test station integrity.
- Participate in test readiness reviews and integration events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of experience (for Level 2) or 5 years for Level 3.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in test engineering, lab operations, or aircraft maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematic diagrams and test equipment.
- Experience with electronic principles and relevant MIL STD protocols.
- Knowledge of avionics systems and lab operations.
- Experience with software deployments and aircraft ground operations.
