Responsibilities
- Develop and publish detailed test plans, schedules, and procedures for developmental testing.
- Plan, develop, and perform flight tests to verify airworthiness and mission effectiveness.
- Provide laboratory support for integration testing.
- Interface with design and analysis teams to define test configurations and data requirements.
- Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
- Support test readiness reviews and conduct pre/post-test data analyses.
- Maintain metrics on the status of testing and constraints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 10 years, or a Ph.D. with 8 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience in flight test and aircraft operations.
- Thorough knowledge of flight test planning and operations.
- Leadership experience on a DoD acquisition or test program.
- Strong communication skills for technical issues.
- Willingness to work extended shifts and travel as required.
