Responsibilities
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Work from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment and conduct tests.
- Report data in prescribed format.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks.
- Make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
- Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in El Camino College.
- Ability to work part-time 16+ hours per week.
- Experience working in a lab environment or machine shop (preferred).
- Must have a bold new idea and a pioneering spirit.
