• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience leading a team on technical development efforts or production support.
• Understanding of engineering development processes and tools.
• Proven effective written and oral communication skills.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
• Preferred: Master's degree, experience in military airborne electronics or inertial navigation systems, and technical project management experience.
