Responsibilities
- Perform detailed board-level digital and mixed signal circuit design.
- Conduct circuit analysis and simulation to verify design responses.
- Select component parts to meet stringent environmental requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for design evaluation and modifications.
- Write design and test documentation including specifications and test procedures.
- Support qualification testing by developing test procedures and reports.
- Oversee component supplier design and testing with senior engineer oversight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree.
- Understanding of department design standards.
- Experience with Agile project environments, including Jira and Git.
- Proficiency in Schematic Capture, board layout, and circuit simulation tools.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and physical testing.
- Ability to generate design documents and specifications.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Active Secret Clearance are required.
