Responsibilities
- Transform and drive program execution rigor to enable sustainable profitable growth.
- Mitigate programmatic risks while building long-term program excellence capabilities.
- Develop world-class program managers through tools and skill building.
- Instill a culture of performance and program execution excellence.
- Provide independent oversight with implementation authority.
- Collaborate with the Division Program Excellence team to develop best practices.
- Work with leadership on proposal strategies for profitable programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of program management experience.
- Expertise in program execution, earned value management, and risk management.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple phases of the program lifecycle.
- Ability to brief executives and manage expectations effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% per month.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Preferred experience on a senior executive management team and with large complex programs.
