Job Requirements
- 20+ years of professional experience (BS); 18+ years (MS); 15+ years (PhD).
- 15+ years of leadership experience in the aerospace industry.
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive accountability.
- Expertise in product development and strategic technology execution.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Current active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
