Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering execution across the Advanced Weapons portfolio.
- Lead and develop a unified governance framework for Chief Engineers across programs.
- Institute performance metrics and standardized processes for engineering excellence.
- Establish and chair a cross-Business Unit Engineering Review Board.
- Provide technical leadership ensuring delivery of engineering commitments.
- Offer visibility into project status and risks to leadership.
- Champion technical excellence while managing timelines and costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience directing multi-function engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex technical programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex systems development and data-driven process improvement.
- Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
- Current active Secret or Top-Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.
