Responsibilities
- Establish efficient IPT organizational structure and succession plans.
- Lead IPT execution, managing cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Manage a diverse team including technicians, project managers, and engineers.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations to mitigate delivery risks.
- Partner with Global Supply Chain to address late deliveries of components.
- Resolve conflicts related to manufacturing and test facilities resources.
- Engage with future architecture development teams for A&E-related strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline.
- Ten years of progressive engineering and program management experience.
- Five years of experience leading teams and projects.
- Proven track record in program execution and Earned Value Management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Experience in flight hardware development and manufacturing.
- Active DoD Top Secret & SCI clearance at application time.
