Responsibilities
- Design and integrate crew systems, cockpit furnishings, and operator workstations.
- Develop mockups and simulators for design validation.
- Perform trade studies and make recommendations based on results.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities in design.
- Utilize NX and Teamcenter for design tasks and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust and maintainable designs.
- Adapt to changes in aircraft configuration in a dynamic design environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.
- Experience in aircraft crew/cockpit design and mission equipment integration.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with NX CAD software and Teamcenter PLM is preferred.
- Experience with military airworthiness certification processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
