Responsibilities
- Direct management of the local IP hardware engineering staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, particularly in telecom/datacom.
- Proven leadership in delivering high-quality hardware systems on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware architecture and systems integration.
