Responsibilities
- Direct management of the local IP HW engineering staff.
- Oversee product and service development, managing budgets and schedules.
- Drive local IP HW site initiatives and product development direction.
- Advocate for career planning and employee development within the IP HW site.
- Manage the IP HW site engineering budget and travel approvals.
- Act as a communication liaison for the IP HW site.
- Ensure infrastructure and labs are maintained for optimal performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, especially in telecom/datacom.
- Proven leadership in delivering high-quality hardware systems and products.
- Extensive experience in hardware design, networking, and systems integration.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
