Responsibilities
- Build and track NPI program schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Work directly with the hardware development team to release new hardware platforms on time and on budget.
- Act as the key interface between hardware engineering and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide timely project status to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to hardware engineering process definition, improvements, and documentation.
- Find solutions to schedule risks and communicate team priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field with 8 years of hardware program management experience, or a master's degree with 6 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of hardware design process and best practices.
- Strong track record of delivering networking, compute, or communications hardware platforms.
- Project management experience for large multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Hardware design product life cycle experience with OEM, ODM, and JDM development models.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience managing networking hardware products or complex assemblies.
