Responsibilities
- Provides technical or mechanical support to internal and external teams.
- Supports design validation testing and assists with engineering solutions based on test result analysis.
- Provides on-site support for production and quality control groups.
- Participates in root cause analysis and collaborates on corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Assists in the creation of part and packaging specifications.
- Partners with senior team members to deploy quality engineering methodologies.
- Facilitates communication between global engineering teams in Japanese and English.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Solidworks, and Agile PLM.
- Knowledge of environmental and stress testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with high-volume production environments.
- Experience in design and testing of parts made of various materials.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials and performance testing protocols.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
