Responsibilities
- Provide technical or mechanical support to internal and external teams.
- Support design validation testing and assist in developing engineering solutions.
- Provide on-site support for production and quality control teams.
- Assist in creating part and packaging specifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and design corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between global engineering teams in Japanese and English.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Solidworks, and Agile PLM.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (environmental, vibration, compression).
- Familiarity with high-volume production environments.
- Experience with design and testing of parts made from various materials.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials and performance testing protocols.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
