Responsibilities
- Assess component reliability and associated failure modes.
- Perform reliability testing on PCBAs, controllers, batteries, and motors.
- Set up and operate test instrumentation and troubleshoot equipment.
- Utilize Python scripting for test automation and data analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends and design improvements.
- Implement Design for Reliability (DFR) methodologies.
- Drive standardization in the reliability lab including calibration and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on testing experience.
- Proficiency with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting for test automation.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
