Responsibilities
- Design and produce hardware solutions for brain-machine interface devices.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists, biologists, and engineers to determine design criteria.
- Own projects from concept to production.
- Utilize mechanical engineering principles in the development process.
- Work on reducing surgery time and invasiveness while maximizing safety and accuracy.

Job Requirements
- 6+ months of relevant technical experience outside of the classroom.
- Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
- Proficiency in Solidworks or similar CAD programs.
- Experience with precision design and manufacturing.
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team.
- Experience with advanced imaging techniques is preferred.
