Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the transition to production of custom electronics systems.
  • Engage in all phases of board design, including part selection and schematic design.
  • Develop custom motor drivers and high-bandwidth camera hardware.
  • Test hardware systems such as Hardware-In-The-Loop and validation boards.
  • Conduct case studies on future system architectures and compute platforms.
  • Debug and support manufacturing and testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with optical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in developing circuits or products used by real customers.
  • Advanced knowledge in circuit board design, particularly in specific niches.
  • Familiarity with sensors, power management, and signal integrity.
  • Design experience with communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C).
  • Competence with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
  • A portfolio showcasing completed projects is preferred.
  • Experience in firmware development for embedded systems is a plus.
