Responsibilities
- Own and define the organizational structure of the Electrical Engineering team.
- Set the long-term vision, technical roadmap, and immediate priorities for electrical engineering.
- Serve as the final decision-maker on technical trade-offs and direction.
- Define and refine the electrical engineering design lifecycle.
- Oversee system-level development of all electrical systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of project timelines and resource allocation.
- Lead 1:1 meetings with Principal and Senior Engineers to assess performance and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in system-level electrical design and hardware integration.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems and autonomous systems.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams through product development cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with drone or UAV platforms and high-speed digital PCB design is a plus.
