Responsibilities
- Define and manage the organizational structure of the Electrical Engineering team.
- Set the long-term vision and immediate priorities for electrical engineering efforts.
- Make final decisions on technical trade-offs and direction.
- Oversee the full electrical engineering design lifecycle and system-level development.
- Conduct regular reviews of project timelines and resource allocation.
- Lead performance assessments and development discussions with engineering staff.
- Communicate engineering progress and needs to the executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in system-level electrical design and hardware integration.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems and autonomous systems.
- Proven experience leading teams through product development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with RF digital communications and drone platforms is a plus.
