Responsibilities
- Define the organizational structure and headcount planning for the Electrical Engineering team.
- Set the long-term vision and technical roadmap for electrical engineering efforts.
- Make final decisions on technical trade-offs and direction.
- Oversee the electrical engineering design lifecycle and ensure robust integration across product lines.
- Conduct reviews of project timelines and resource allocation.
- Lead performance assessments and development discussions with engineering team members.
- Present project status reports to the executive team and communicate technical information effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in system-level electrical design and hardware integration.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems and autonomous systems.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams through product development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
- Familiarity with RF digital communications and PCB design is a plus.
