Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for robotics efforts within the autonomous vehicle program.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of robotics engineers, researchers, and project managers.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotics technology into the autonomous driving platform.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in robotics, focusing on areas such as sensor fusion and motion planning.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in robotics, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles or related fields with complex robotics applications.
- Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Expertise in sensor fusion, state estimation, motion planning, and control theory.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
- Strong understanding of robotics operating systems (e.g., ROS).
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
