Director, Technology Development

The Director, Technology Development will evaluate the Datacenter/AI rack market, recognize trends, and develop strategies to penetrate business opportunities for end-to-end interconnectivity solutions. This role involves defining customer engagement strategies and working with engineering teams on technology roadmaps.

• Engage with customer engineering teams on networking and compute hardware applications.
• Identify product and application trends to drive next-generation product roadmaps.
• Conduct technical sessions with key customers and internal teams.
• Support architecture engineering for customized applications.
• Establish partnerships with industry ecosystem suppliers.
• Define customer engagement strategies with engineering teams.
• Work towards executing the technology roadmap vision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Mechanical, EE).
• At least 7 years of hardware architecture design experience.
• Experience in AI Rack architectures and future roadmaps.
• Proven experience developing customer relationships at leadership levels.
• Strong communication skills across all business levels.
• Business acumen for high-level communication in the specified field.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
