Responsibilities
- Verify and implement quality defect countermeasures in electromechanical and optical systems.
- Drive product quality improvement through process development and design changes.
- Support daily production by troubleshooting build and quality issues.
- Own internal quality reports, including data collection and reporting.
- Lead projects to achieve key performance indicators with moderate guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality.
- Utilize lean tools for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing role focused on quality improvements.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for improving product and process quality.
- Familiarity with lean tools and the Danaher Business System is a plus.
