Responsibilities
- Maintain liaison with R&D, marketing, assembly, and quality functions to meet new business commitments.
- Take ownership of new products during pilot production and drive successful project launches.
- Design, qualify, and introduce production and service assembly/test fixtures and equipment.
- Configure assembly processes and material handling towards lean manufacturing practices.
- Conduct testing to ensure process capability and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Oversee manufacturing planning for parts and assemblies, specifying methods and tooling.
- Participate in initiatives focused on material cost reduction and capacity enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Demonstrated capability in Electromechanical and/or Process Engineering.
- Strong technical skills in prototyping and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with 3D solid modeling software (e.g., Solid Works, Solid Edge).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or lead teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
