Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications, technical drawings, and commercial terms to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare preliminary drawings, layouts, and cost estimates in collaboration with the factory and engineering team.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with vendors and subcontractors to discuss technical and commercial items.
- Confirm customer orders are consistent with proposals and maintain the SalesForce bid database.
- Support sales personnel with technical matters and resolve customer inquiries.
- Participate in customer break-fix response as engineering reference for the technical support team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 3-5 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power protection and distribution systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of negotiation techniques.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and generate technical drawings and material.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
