Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications and develop technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare preliminary drawings and cost estimates in collaboration with the factory and engineering team.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to support business development.
- Participate in meetings with vendors and subcontractors to address technical and commercial issues.
- Confirm customer orders align with proposals and maintain the SalesForce bid database.
- Support sales personnel in technical matters to resolve customer inquiries.
- Act as an engineering reference for technical support during customer break-fix responses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power protection and distribution systems.
- Intermediate negotiation skills for dealing with customers and subcontractors.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and generate technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
