Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare preliminary drawings, layouts, and cost estimates in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings regarding product design changes and quality incidents.
- Confirm customer orders and maintain SalesForce bid database.
- Support sales personnel in technical matters and customer inquiries.
- Act as an engineering reference for technical support during customer break-fix responses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power protection and distribution systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of negotiation techniques.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and generate technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD software.
