Responsibilities
- Perform engineering activities to support the design and manufacture of gas circuit breakers.
- Develop, prepare, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design drawings.
- Analyze design requirements for validation of concepts, manufacture, and assembly.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for design, manufacturing, and assembly of circuit breakers.
- Assist in the design of special customer design options.
- Support HVSD Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales sections with production-related issues.
- Provide troubleshooting and repair support to field engineers and service personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience through full-time employment, internships, or co-op programs.
- Intermediate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings.
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and ERP/MRP systems.
