Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage hardware engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Robotics).
- Oversee design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of electromechanical systems.
- Ensure high-quality designs meet product specifications and deadlines.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for hardware engineering projects.
- Collaborate with product, operations, software, and manufacturing teams on design requirements.
- Support manufacturing and deployment teams in transitioning designs from prototype to production.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware products in relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including software and manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
