Responsibilities
- Write unit test functions for in-house astrodynamics software.
- Develop illustrative examples and tutorials for core astrodynamics tools.
- Build automated test suites for select programs.
- Develop new astrodynamics tools.
- Present work to the engineering team at the end of summer.
- Collaborate with the astrodynamics team on various projects.
- Gain experience in orbital mechanics, maneuver planning, and constellation design.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in MATLAB and Python.
- Experience using GMAT.
- Enrolled as a student with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026.
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above).
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Interest in engineering and aerospace careers, particularly with Boeing.
