Responsibilities
- Feature and capabilities planning for Microsoft cloud services.
- Hardware planning and coordination of team processes and methodologies.
- Preparing milestone reviews and maintaining relationships for cross-group collaboration.
- Driving the creation and monitoring of success criteria for performance and throughput.
- Collaborating with peer workload teams to ensure necessary metrics are understood for decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of experience with compute architecture and networking technologies.
- Knowledge of datacenter networking technologies and network protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create presentations and business review materials.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with software and hardware architectures.
