Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineers in developing systems for Azure datacenters.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship in mechanical design and validation.

Job Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3-6 years of experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements.
- 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering functions preferred.
- Understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Leadership experience in coordinating complex projects.
- Knowledge of material science and sustainable design practices.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing and prototyping.
