Responsibilities
- Learn hardware product and datacenter roadmaps through engagements across Azure and Microsoft.
- Engage with engineering teams to prioritize resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Refine product requirements while balancing customer needs and engineering feasibility.
- Drive closure on product implementation decisions, aligning stakeholders from silicon to software.
- Develop processes and procedures for daily operations and program execution.
- Adapt existing processes to meet organizational and product needs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively to drive alignment and report to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with hardware development and embedded systems.
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
- Experience with a complete product cycle from design to post-release.
