Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of electrical circuits and embedded systems.
- Support schematic creation, PCB layout reviews, and documentation updates.
- Perform basic electrical calculations, simulations, and analysis.
- Conduct laboratory testing, data collection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Support product validation, verification, and compliance testing.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, manufacturing, and software engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical theory, circuit analysis, and electronics.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Basic understanding of CAD or ECAD tools (Altium, PADS, DXPEDITION or similar).
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in relevant fields is preferred.
- Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., MATLAB, Python or similar).
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEEE, NEC, IEC).
