Responsibilities
- Drive and track the investigation, definition, and delivery of next-generation products.
- Create development, delivery, and qualification strategies and schedules.
- Manage communication within and between internal engineering and external vendor teams.
- Set milestones, communicate program status, and address potential setbacks.
- Drive engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop best practices and technology development processes for timely delivery.
- Manage system-level engineering builds from prototyping to qualification builds.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in Systems Engineering.
- Experience with phase gate technology development projects.
- Knowledge of system, component, and module qualification processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage program documentation and resource planning.
