Responsibilities
- Technical Program Manager for RL softgoods including MR, AR, and/or new devices
- End-to-end coordination of softgoods engineering, design, and validation from product discovery through launch
- Lead collaboration with industrial design, engineering, creative, legal, product management, compliance, and operations
- Guide the team through ambiguous requirements definition and sourcing cross-functional inputs
- Drive the execution of the schedule and manage day-to-day activities of the program
- Present program updates to leadership, highlighting risks and recommended mitigations
- Implement process improvements and best practices for the organization
Job Requirements
- BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of hands-on program management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and softgoods suppliers
- Preferred: BS in mechanical engineering
- Preferred: 5+ years of hands-on program management experience
- Preferred: Extensive knowledge of softgoods materials and manufacturing processes
