Responsibilities
- Lead the development of display and optical modules for AR displays and Smart glasses.
- Manage projects with suppliers and partners, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Evaluate suppliers’ capacity and partner with the ops team for supply chain strategy.
- Operate at various levels from strategic planning to tactical project management.
- Breakdown complex technical programs for better understanding among team members.
- Identify and address technical, legal, and logistical issues proactively.
- Maintain visibility of project schedules and potential roadblocks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Optics, Physics, Materials science, or similar field.
- 8+ years of experience as a technical program manager or related role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience working with Asia-based vendors and contract manufacturers.
- Strong cross-functional communication and document presentation skills.
- Preferred experience with consumer electronics product development.
- Knowledge of display technologies and optics module integration.
