Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of audio and sonic technology programs in XRTech.
- Manage end-to-end programs from early research and prototyping through productization.
- Drive audio system integration across XR product lines.
- Manage projects with external suppliers and partners.
- Evaluate suppliers to meet acoustic and audio component requirements.
- Partner with operations to establish supply chain strategies for audio hardware.
- Identify resources needed and maintain visibility of program schedules and dependencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or related field.
- 10+ years as a technical program manager with experience in hardware/software programs.
- Experience with program management methodologies.
- Experience leading programs involving audio or sensor systems.
- Experience managing external vendors or suppliers.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Preferred experience in audio systems, AR/VR, or consumer electronics.
