Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop sensor solutions for battery-operated products.
- Lead integration of new sensor modalities into high-volume consumer products throughout all development stages.
- Utilize analog, circuit design, and optoelectronics fundamentals to create, debug, and validate prototypes.
- Convert reference designs into custom product solutions, including designing schematics and supervising layouts.
- Optimize sensor architecture and component selection for sensing systems.
- Work with manufacturers to leverage their engineering resources for product differentiation.
- Perform lab measurements and tests to validate designs and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in consumer electronics or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in embedded or mobile system design and sensing technologies.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional groups.
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and functional verification.
- Proven ability to bring new technologies to product integration.
- Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools.
