Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, deployment, and sustaining of multiple parts of the Robotics embedded stack.
- Architect the electrical system layout of autonomous mobile robots.
- Lead the design and implementation of wireless charging architectures for robots.
- Design and prototype custom PCB boards for power distribution and safety systems.
- Develop firmware for motor controllers, sensor interfaces, and communication systems.
- Analyze and mitigate thermal issues in robotics systems.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver robotic prototypes and production units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Expert level experience with electrical layout and PCB design.
- Skilled in communication protocols like CAN, I2C, UART, SPI.
- Proven experience with industrial automation systems and robotics.
- Proficient in C/C++ and Python with embedded systems development experience.
- Understanding of real-time operating systems and control loops.
